Cleanse your Life and Find Your Passion After Addiction

“It may be different for others, but pain is what it took for me to pay attention.” ~ Julia Cameron

Thank you to my wonderful readers. I appreciate your support. Today, I want to share with you two amazing finds that would be helpful for anyone, but especially someone in recovery who is ready to start their life over.

When we have an addiction of any kind and are on the road to recovery,  it is essential that we look at our life and see where we can make positive change.  We need to fill the void of addiction with something that will make us want to get up in the morning, something that we can get excited about. We need to find our passion.

As the newness of the recovery wears off, it is crucial to establish new healthy habits to sustain us. Finding our passion will keep our creative juices flowing and give us a reason to embrace the new day. We will want and need a daily reminder of the precious joys of  life.

It is of the utmost importance to recovery that we explore and discover what will bring us happiness, peace and serenity.

The 7-Week Life Cleanse, by Katie Tallo  is a simple guide to infusing your life with momentum so that you can move directly and passionately towards the life you want. The weekly worksheets and questions are your tools for change. They’ll spark your awareness and ease you towards a sustainable plan. Plus, they’re fun to do!

The 7-Week Life Cleanse

What’s Inside The 7-Week Life Cleanse?

Week 1: Creating Space and Time

You’ll create more space and more time, little by little everyday, so that you have room to breathe, think, regroup, and gain awareness as you gather and create momentum.

Week 2: Moving Differently

You’ll figure out ways to stretch your body, imagination, and routines. You’ll train your brain and heart to be more open and flexible.

Week 3: Gathering Ease and Flow

You’ll look for ways to create ease, avoid excess consumption, wipe out lethargy, shift direction, and bring momentum into the flow of your days.

Week 4: Taking Stock and Letting Go

You’ll look at what might be holding you back, stifling your growth, or working against your forward momentum. Then you’ll take steps towards cleansing and letting go of what’s not working in your life for good.

Week 5: Pushing Yourself Forward

You’ll pick up your pace and push yourself to do your best. With simple actions, you’ll move with kindness, integrity, grit, and enthusiasm—the building blocks of momentum gathering.

Week 6: Soul-Searching

You’ll be guided by what you believe in and what you really want your life to look like. You’ll put your habits, mindset, and words under a microscope and move towards acting, thinking, speaking, choosing, and living more like yourself.

Week 7: Sustaining Change

You’ll gather what most resonates and what most gives you chills, and with those pieces you’ll create a plan for sustaining momentum as you continue to cleanse your life.

Thank you for bringing them to our attention, Cathy.
